On April 19th, the Central Organization Department commissioned the State Administration for Market Regulation to hold a research class on the implementation of the "two responsibilities" for food safety, which concluded at the School of Administration (Shenzhen) of the State Administration. The seminar deeply learned and understood the important discussion and instruction spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping on food safety work, focused on the situation of food safety work and the requirements of key tasks, and deeply publicized, implemented, and promoted the implementation of the "two responsibilities" working mechanism of food safety through thematic lectures, exchange seminars, student forums, on-site teaching and other forms. The students came with questions and task learning, closely combining theoretical learning with work practice, seriously thinking, actively discussing, and strictly adhering to discipline, demonstrating a good learning style and style. During the training, Liu Jun, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the General Administration, delivered a special lecture entitled "Deeply learn and understand the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition and comprehensively do a good job in food safety on the new journey".

This research class has a prominent theme, rich content, and is closely related to reality. The students unanimously expressed that through learning, their theoretical literacy has been improved, their work vision has been expanded, and their ability to perform their duties has been enhanced. They need to transform their learning achievements into ideas and measures to do a good job in food safety and promote high-quality development. At the closing ceremony, the leaders of each group exchanged speeches on the learning and discussion situation of their own group, and the class monitor represented the whole class to summarize the learning and share the training gains.

The research class lasts for 6 days, during which experts from the Central Party School (National School of Administration) and officials from relevant departments and bureaus of the State Administration are invited to give special lectures. 92 party and government officials from various provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government) and some cities and counties of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps participated in the study.
